History of MML

PT MULTI MAKMUR LEMINDO Tbk (or "the Company") The Company was started and established in 2005 by Mr. Junaedi starting with the production and trading of Pipe Glue in 2005 through CV Lemindo.
Along with the rapid development, Mr. Junaedi as the founder developed and expanded not only to pipe glue but added business to the production of PVC pipes and other building material products by forming a Limited Liability Company (PT) and establishing PT Multi Makmur Lemindo in 2012 which focuses on business activities in the production and distribution of pipe making with PVC (polymer vinyl chloride) base material along with derivative products and other building material products.
The Company currently has a production facility for PVC pipes, PVC fittings, building material products and PVC glue with an installed production capacity of approximately 300 (three hundred) tons located in Tangerang City - Banten and is located at Jalan Iskandar Muda No. 70, Kel. Kedaung Baru, Kec. Negla Sari, Tangerang City - Banten.
Some of the building material products produced by the Company include PVC pipes, PVC fittings, cast and clear buckets, gutters, PVC pipe glue & wood glue, and other products. The Company handles several building material needs in several sectors and industries such as for property, manufacturing, agriculture and several large projects such as infrastructure including the fulfillment of PVC pipes for government toll roads in Java and Sumatra.
The Company has a wide range of products and has several leading brands such as Supernova and Superintralon. In addition, some brands of PVC pipes and other building materials produced by the Company are Grenlon, Asiavin, Daichi, Marlon, Intraplas, Intralon, Bahana, Waterlon, Permata, Intralux, Matador, Albatross, Ammolite, Rivalon, Arigato, Hanaplas, Viral and Rainbow. The Company has become an integrated company in the supply chain for building materials, from Production Facilities, Distributors, and agents for retail (B2C) as well as to meet the needs of projects (B2B) in accordance with the penetration area in all regions in Indonesia.
The Company has appointed its subsidiaries, namely PT Indo Bangun Nusantara ("IBN"), PT Modern Citra Sarana ("MCS") and PT Kedaung Indah Sarana ("KIS") as distribution channels.
